Yes. Card cancellation is supported, but it cannot be reversed once completed. Before submitting a cancellation request, please make sure all card balance has been transferred back to your platform account and that you have saved any necessary information.
To cancel your card, go to the [Credit Card] page in the app, tap [Complete Information], then select [Account Cancellation].
To cancel your card, the following conditions must be met:
- Your card balance is 0.
- All credit card bills have been settled and are in a successful status.
