How Do I Change My Phone Number or Email?

To change your linked phone number or email address, please follow these steps:

1.Open the THPay App and tap "My" at the bottom menu.

2.Go to "Security Center".

3.Tap the phone number or email address you want to change.

4.Complete the verification code verification as prompted on the page, and enter your new phone number or email address. Once verification is successful, the change will be complete.

Important Note:

• Please ensure your new phone number or email address can receive verification codes.
• For account security, identity verification is required when changing linked information.
• If your original linked phone number or email address can no longer receive verification codes, please contact THPay customer service for assistance.
