How Do I Check My Withdrawal Progress?

1. Open the THPay app and go to Hub > Withdraw.
2. Tap the Withdrawal List icon in the top-right corner to view detailed withdrawal progress.

Please note:

• After you initiate a withdrawal, the system will automatically perform a security check on the transaction.
• The security check will be completed within 24 hours, so please wait patiently.
• Once the security check is passed, the wallet will begin processing the withdrawal.
