How Do I Complete KYC for a Card Application in Telegram Wallet?

Before applying for a THPay card, you must complete the KYC identity verification required on the application page. KYC is used to verify the applicant’s identity information and eligibility.
 

Steps

1. Open THPay Telegram Wallet.
2. Tap [Credit Card].
3. Tap [Apply for Card].
4. If the page shows that verification is incomplete, tap [KYC Verification].
5. Select or enter your nationality. It must match the nationality shown on the identity document you submit.
6. Please provide the following personal information according to the template:
  1. Nationality
  2. Full Name (as shown on the identification document)
  3. Mobile Number
  4. Email Address
  5. Date of Birth
  6. Billing Address
  7. Annual Income
  8. Industry
  9. Job Title
  10. Identification Document Number
  11. Identification Document Expiry Date
7. Upload the required document images:
• Passport: upload the personal information page.
• National identity card: upload both the front and back.
*When submitting your identification document photos, please do not select “Send as Files.” Make sure to choose “Send Without Grouping” and send each photo separately.

8. Wait for the review result.
 

KYC Requirements

• Use only your own genuine identity information.
• Your nationality must match the nationality shown on the identity document.
• Your name, date of birth, and document number must match the document.
• The document must be genuine, valid, and unexpired.
• All four corners of the document must be visible in the image.
• Text, photo, and document number must be clear and readable.
• Do not upload screenshots, photocopies, blurred images, or edited images.
• Enter the document number exactly as shown, including letters and numbers.
• The issue date cannot be later than the current date.
• The expiry date must be later than the current date.
• During facial verification, avoid wearing a mask or hat and do not cover your face.
• Do not submit different identity information repeatedly.
• KYC approval is subject to the final review result.
