How Do I Deposit Cryptocurrency to My THPay Account?

Before using a THPay crypto card to make payments, we recommend depositing cryptocurrency into your account first.

1. Open the THPay app and go to Home > Deposit.
2. Select the currency you want to deposit, such as USDT.
3. Choose the corresponding network for the selected currency.

Note: Only the selected network for USDT supports deposits of that specific currency. For example:

- USDT-ERC20 does not support ETH deposits.
- USDT-BEP20 does not support BNB deposits.

For this example, we will use USDT-TRC20.

4. Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code to make your deposit.

Please note that the minimum deposit for USDT-TRC20 is 1 USDT. After the handling fee is deducted, THPay will only credit your account if the received amount exceeds 1 USDT. Deposits below 1 USDT will not be credited.

5. After copying the address, open the app you want to withdraw from. For example, in the Binance app, go to the Spot Account and tap [Withdraw].
6. Select the currency to withdraw and choose “Send via Crypto Network.”
7. Paste the deposit address copied from the THPay app into the withdrawal address field and select the corresponding network, using USDT-TRC20 as the example in step 3.

Important: Make sure you select the correct network to avoid deposit issues.

8. Tap [Withdraw] and follow the prompts in the app to complete the withdrawal process.
9. THPay requires 5 network confirmations for USDT-TRC20 deposits, with each confirmation taking approximately 1 minute. After confirmation, you can check the deposit status in the THPay app under Wallet > USDT.
