Steps
1. Start a card transaction with a supported online merchant.
2. When the transaction triggers 3DS verification, return to the THPay Telegram Wallet conversation.
3. Open the 3DS verification notification sent by the Telegram Bot.
4. Check the card’s last digits and the transaction information in the message.
5. Copy or note the 3DS verification code.
6. Enter the code on the merchant’s verification page.
7. Complete the verification before the code expires.
8. Return to the merchant page to check the transaction result.
If You Do Not Receive the Code
1. Check whether the THPay Telegram Bot has sent a new message.
2. Confirm that you are using the correct THPay Telegram Wallet account.
3. Tap [Resend Verification Code].
4. Use the latest code received.
5. If the transaction verification has expired, start the transaction again.
Important Rules
• Telegram Wallet does not provide a history list of previous 3DS verification codes.
• Always use the latest code received for the current transaction.
• An old or expired code cannot be used.
• You may start the transaction again to generate a new verification request.
• The page supports resending the verification code.
• Never share the verification code with anyone, including anyone claiming to be customer support.
• If the transaction amount, merchant name, or card ending is incorrect, do not enter the code.
