How Do I Withdraw Crypto to Another Platform?

You can withdraw crypto from THPay to another wallet or platform by sending it on-chain.

1.Open the THPay app and go to [Home], then tap [More].
2.Tap [Withdraw].
3.Select [Withdraw on-chain].
4.Choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw, such as USDT. Then select your preferred network, such as USDT-TRC20. Please make sure your available balance is higher than the minimum withdrawal amount required for the selected asset and network.
5.In your destination wallet or exchange, such as Binance, go to [Wallet] > [Spot]. Then tap [Deposit], select the same cryptocurrency and network, such as USDT-TRC20, and copy your deposit address.
6.Paste the deposit address into the withdrawal address field in THPay, or scan the QR code from your destination wallet or exchange.
7.Tap [Withdraw] and complete the required security verification.

Your withdrawal will be processed after the transaction is submitted and confirmed on-chain.

Important: Please make sure the cryptocurrency, network, and deposit address are correct before submitting your withdrawal. If you select the wrong network or enter an incorrect address, your funds may not be recoverable.
