During the Mid-Autumn campaign, eligible THPay Card purchases may qualify for either the cashback tier or the lucky-draw tier. The two tiers are mutually exclusive.
Campaign period
Sep 25, 2026, 00:00 to Sep 27, 2026, 00:00 (UTC+8), for a total of 48 hours. Eligibility is based on the authorization time recorded by the card ledger. Transactions authorized at or after Sep 27, 00:00 are not included.
Who can participate?
Individual users who have completed KYC, have an account and card in good standing, and pass campaign eligibility and risk checks. Applicable markets and final eligibility are subject to the final campaign terms.
How to participate
Use an eligible THPay Card to complete an eligible purchase during the campaign period. The transaction must settle successfully and pass the eligibility review.

Cashback tier

You enter this tier if at least one eligible transaction has a final net settled amount of USD 2,000 equivalent or more.

Cashback equals 1% of the combined final net settled amounts of eligible transactions that each individually meet the USD 2,000 threshold.

Cashback is capped at 50 USDT per natural person.

Transactions below USD 2,000 do not accumulate toward the cashback calculation.

Examples: USD 2,000 earns 20 USDT; USD 4,000 earns 40 USDT; USD 5,000 or more reaches the 50 USDT cap.

Users who enter this tier will not participate in the lucky draw.

Lucky-draw tier

This tier is only available to users who do not enter the cashback tier and complete at least one eligible purchase of USD 100 equivalent or more.

Each natural person receives one draw entry. Additional transactions or spending do not create additional entries.

After settlement and eligibility reviews are completed, three different winners will be randomly selected to receive 50 USDT each.

Receiving an entry does not guarantee a prize.
Eligible transactions and exclusions
ATM transactions, cash advances, transfers, wallet or account top-ups, quasi-cash transactions, financial purchases, fees, gambling transactions, and other transactions excluded by the final terms are not eligible.
Failed, reversed, unsettled and refunded amounts do not count. Non-USD transactions will be converted using the final posting rate recorded by the card ledger, subject to the final campaign terms.
Refunds and reversals

A full refund or reversal cancels the corresponding reward entitlement.

After a partial refund, cashback will be recalculated using the remaining net amount if it still meets the USD 2,000 threshold.

If the remaining amount falls below USD 2,000, cashback eligibility for that transaction will be cancelled.
When will rewards be issued?
Rewards are expected to be credited to the frozen campaign reward balance by Oct 5, 2026, after settlement and eligibility review.
Refund observation, reward adjustments and release are expected to be completed by Oct 29, 2026. Actual timing remains subject to the final campaign terms.
