As part of an adjustment to THPay Mastercard services, new fund transfers to THPay Mastercard cards will be discontinued from October 2, 2026.
Any existing balance on your card will remain fully available for normal use, and your current card usage will not be affected. Once the existing balance has been used, no additional funds can be transferred to the original card.
Complimentary Card Replacement
Users who previously applied for one of the following cards and meet the replacement requirements may receive the corresponding Prime card:
- Black Gold Card — Standard Physical Card
Complimentary replacement: Prime Physical Card - Platinum Card — Virtual Card
Complimentary replacement: Prime Virtual Card - Supreme Metal Card — Metal Card
Complimentary replacement: Prime Metal Card
Eligible users do not need to submit a new card application. Please contact THPay Online Support to complete the eligibility verification:
- Physical and metal card users should provide a delivery address after verification. The corresponding Prime card will be delivered free of charge.
- Virtual card users do not need to provide a delivery address and will receive a complimentary Prime Virtual Card after verification.
- Final eligibility is subject to verification by THPay Online Support.
Users Who Do Not Qualify
Users who do not meet the complimentary Prime card replacement requirements must apply through the official THPay Telegram Wallet for either:
- Nova Virtual Card
- Nova Physical Card
Nova card applications are subject to the eligibility requirements, fees, review process, and terms displayed on the application page.
Security Reminder
Please use official THPay channels only. THPay representatives will never ask for your full card number, security code, account password, or one-time password (OTP).
