Supported Cryptocurrencies, Networks, and Minimum Deposits

You can deposit supported cryptocurrencies to THPay through the available networks shown on the Deposit page in your THPay app.

Each asset and network may have a different minimum deposit amount. Please refer to the table below before making a deposit.

Important Notes

1. Your deposit must meet the minimum deposit amount to be credited to your THPay account.
2. The final amount received on-chain must meet the minimum requirement.
3. Deposits below the minimum amount will not be credited automatically.
4. Please make sure you select the correct asset and network before making a deposit.
5. Minimum deposit requirements may vary depending on the asset, network, and platform rules.

What should I do if my deposit is below the minimum amount?

If your deposit is below the minimum amount, you may recover the funds by making another deposit of the same asset on the same network.

Once the combined deposit amount meets the minimum requirement, the funds will be credited to your THPay account.

Example:
If the minimum deposit amount for USDT on TRC-20 is 10 USDT, but you only deposited 5 USDT, the deposit will not be credited automatically. You can make another USDT deposit on the TRC-20 network. Once the total received amount reaches 10 USDT or more, the funds can be credited to your account.
