A: An internal transfer means sending funds from one THPay user to another THPay user within the THPay App. Currently, internal transfers are free and are usually processed instantly.
Q: Do I need to complete identity verification to use internal transfers?
A: No. Identity verification is not required for internal transfers.
Q: Can an internal transfer be reversed after it is completed?
A: No. Once an internal transfer is completed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. We recommend carefully checking the recipient’s information before confirming the transfer to avoid mistakes.
