📢 THPay New Visa Card Upgrade Program

To enhance the card experience for our users, THPay is preparing to launch a new upgraded Visa card.

Users who meet any of the following conditions may apply for one new Visa card free of charge:

THPay VIP users;
Highly active users who meet the program requirements;

The free upgrade will be matched to the user’s existing card type:

Existing virtual cardholders may apply for one new virtual card;
Existing physical cardholders may apply for one new physical card.

Expected Launch Period

The new Visa card is expected to become available between 24 July and 31 July 2026.

The final launch date, application access, and program terms will be subject to announcements published through the THPay website and official channels.

Other users may apply for the standard card issuance fee for:

New Visa Card Features

The new Visa card is planned to support:

Apple Pay;
Google Pay;
Payments on selected AI and SaaS platforms, subject to Visa acceptance rules, regional availability, and THPay risk control requirements.

Payment acceptance may also depend on the merchant, transaction region, card network rules, and applicable risk controls.

Fees and Charges

For users who qualify for the free upgrade:

THPay will cover the new card issuance fee;
THPay will cover the standard delivery fee for eligible physical cards;
Each eligible user may receive one free new Visa card only;
Any issuance fee previously paid for an existing card will not be refunded.

This program provides eligible users with one new Visa card free of charge and does not constitute a refund of any previous card issuance fee.

How to Apply

During the initial launch phase, applications will only be available through the official THPay Telegram Wallet.

Eligible users must submit their application within 30 days of receiving the eligibility notice. Once approved:

Virtual card activation is expected to be arranged within 1–3 days;
Physical card production and standard delivery are expected to be arranged within 7–14 days.

Actual processing times may vary depending on eligibility review, card production, delivery location, and other operational factors.

Final eligibility is subject to THPay system records and review results. For account security, please only access the Telegram Wallet through the THPay website or other official THPay channels.
