THPay's New Visa Cards Are Now Available

THPay's upgraded Visa cards are now officially available for application.

Card Types

Eligible users for a complimentary upgrade:

• Prime Virtual Card
• Prime Physical Card

Other users may apply at the standard card issuance fee:

• Nova Virtual Card
• Nova Physical Card

Complimentary Upgrade Eligibility

You may qualify for one complimentary new Visa card if you meet any of the following conditions:

• THPay VIP user;
• Eligible high-activity user;
• Received an official complimentary upgrade notification from THPay.

The complimentary card will match your current card type:

• Existing virtual cardholders → Prime Virtual Card
• Existing physical cardholders → Prime Physical Card

Final eligibility is subject to THPay's system records and review results.

New Card Features

The new Visa cards support:

• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Payments on selected AI and SaaS platforms, subject to applicable rules

Payment approval may vary depending on merchant acceptance, transaction location, Visa regulations, and THPay's risk control policies.

Fees & Application

For eligible users:

• Card issuance fee will be covered by THPay.
• Standard shipping for physical cards will be covered by THPay.
• Each eligible user may receive one complimentary new card only.
• Previously paid card issuance fees are non-refundable.

How to Apply

During the initial launch phase, applications are available only through the official THPay Telegram Wallet.

Eligible users must submit their application within 30 days after receiving their eligibility notification.

After approval:

• Virtual Cards: Expected activation within 1–3 days.
• Physical Cards: Expected production and standard shipping within 7–14 days.

Please note that physical card delivery is unavailable in certain restricted regions.

Never share your password, verification code, or other sensitive account information with anyone. THPay will never ask for this information through unofficial channels.
