Incorrect deposit recovery
THPay will make every effort to assist with incorrect deposits. However, due to technical constraints, a handling fee is required, and recovery is not guaranteed in all cases.
If you made an incorrect deposit, please contact THPay customer service and provide:
- Deposit address: the THPay deposit address
- Network/chain used
- Deposit amount and coin type
- Transaction ID (TXID/Hash)
- Screenshot of the withdrawal status
If your deposit cannot be recovered, we sincerely apologize for your loss. Please carefully check the supported deposit currencies and networks before making future deposits to help prevent similar issues.
