What Should I Do If I Forgot My Login Password?

If you have forgotten your password or want to update it, you can reset it from the login screen. For security reasons, certain account features will be temporarily restricted after a password reset.

How to reset your password:

1. Open the THPay app and go to the Login page.
2. Tap [Forgot your password].
3. Enter your email address or phone number, then tap [Next].
4. Complete authentication.
5. Enter and confirm your new password.

Your new password must include:

- 8 to 16 characters
- At least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter
- At least one number

If you are already logged in:

You must log out before resetting your password.

1. Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner.
2. Tap the [System Settings] icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Tap [Log out]. You will then return to the login screen.
