For security reasons, your card may be temporarily frozen in any of the following situations:

Entering the wrong ATM PIN 5 consecutive times within 24 hours.

Entering the wrong card security code, also known as CVV, 3 consecutive times within 1 hour.

Entering the wrong card expiry date 3 consecutive times within 1 hour.

Making multiple small-value transactions within a short period of time, especially repeated transactions with the same merchant or for the same amount.
While your card is frozen, it cannot be used for online payments, offline payments, or ATM transactions.
The freeze will be automatically lifted after 24 hours, and your card will return to normal use.
