To further improve the stability of our existing Visa card services, THPay is currently carrying out maintenance on the currency exchange functionality of the Prestige Card and Exclusive Card.
Impact During the Maintenance Period
During the maintenance period, users will temporarily be unable to exchange funds into the Prestige Card or Exclusive Card. As new funds cannot be transferred to the card balance, these cards will temporarily be unavailable for new card payments.
The maintenance is expected to last approximately one month. The actual completion date may be adjusted depending on the maintenance progress. Please refer to future official THPay announcements for the latest updates.
Important Information
- This maintenance does not mean that your Prestige Card or Exclusive Card has been cancelled. Your existing card will remain in your THPay account;
- Please refer to the card and transaction statuses displayed on the THPay platform;
- During the maintenance period, please do not repeatedly submit currency exchange or card payment requests, as this may result in repeated failed attempts or unnecessary transaction inquiries;
- This maintenance does not affect transactions initiated before the maintenance. Existing transactions, authorizations, refunds, reversals, and settlements will continue to be processed according to the standard processing timeframe;
- If a transaction has exceeded the normal processing timeframe without an update, please contact THPay Customer Support and provide your UID, transaction time, transaction amount, and relevant transaction details;
- Never share your full card number, CVV, security code, account password, or verification code with anyone.
New Upgraded Visa Card Coming Soon
THPay is preparing to launch a new upgraded Visa card, providing users with an additional card application option.
The new Visa card is expected to become available between 24 July and 31 July 2026. The first version of the application will be available through the official THPay Telegram Wallet.
The final launch date, eligibility requirements, free upgrade conditions, application process, and applicable terms will be subject to THPay’s official announcement.
