Why Hasn’t My Refund Been Credited Yet?

Authorization-based refunds and instant transactions are usually processed faster, while refunds from e-commerce platforms may take longer.

Refunds usually take 2–15 days, and some may take longer than 1 month. Currently, no transactions that do not support refunds have been identified.

We usually return the refund to you as soon as we receive it from the merchant, but we also need to wait for the merchant’s refund process.
